**Description**

**Responsibilities**

**Marketing and Sales**:

- Drive sales of broadband and digital connections to achieve business targets.
- Conduct marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new customers.

**Institutional Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the institutional segment.

**Distributor / LCO Management**:

- Manage and engage with Local Cable Operators (LCOs) and distributors to enhance the business network.
- Provide regular support and training to distributors for better sales outcomes.

**Customer Retention**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Implement strategies to retain existing customers and minimize churn.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Indian job market context
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
