**Electrical shift incharge Operation**
- Troubleshooting of AVR, GRP, MCS Panel, LAPT & NGR Panel.
- Relay commissioning, setting & relay Co-ordination of difference type of relay Alstom
- Micom P343, ABB- REM615, NI41, Siemens
- 7UM62, 7SR11, 7SR12, C&S- MRI, MRN,IRI-Pro, mPro, Schneider
- Sepam etc.
- Troubleshooting of load manager system (Woodward DSLC2 & MSLC2) for five turbo generator parallel operation.
- chieves optimal electrical system operational efficiency by developing and maintaining electrical systems.
- Accomplishes operational objectives by recruiting, onboarding, and managing employees.
- Communicates job expectations, monitoring and reviews job contributions, plans and adjusts compensation actions, and enforces staff policies and procedures.
- Optimizes engineering performance by contributing engineering recommendations to strategic planning and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standard goals; resolving engineering issues; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
- Meets departmental financial objectives by forecasting requirements and challenges, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Develops strategic electrical plans by studying operational plans and existing conditions, determining needs to accomplish operational plans, mapping solutions, updating and modifying requirements and solutions, and preparing cost estimates and budgets.
- Plans electrical projects by determining specifications, selecting contractors, establishing installation schedules,
- planning shut-downs and installations, integrating architectural and mechanical design specifications, verifying code requirements, and updating cost estimates.
- Completes electrical projects by supervising installations and resolving design issues.
- Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenance schedules and procedures and testing programs,
- scheduling repairs, and coordinating shut-downs and installations.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by remaining current on codes and requirements, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by collaborating with other members of senior management.
- Manages vendor and subcontractor relationships.
- Restoration of plant emergency power under black out condition.
- Maintenance of VFD (ABB, Siemens, Yaskawa), Soft starter, DOL, RDOL, star-Delta starters.
- Maintenance of up to 35MVA Power and Auxiliary Transformers.
- Stacker Re-claimer, Traveling tippler,
- Knowledge of studying GA drawing, Layout drawing & power/control wiring philosophy.
- Maintenance of DCDB battery charger, UPS, Lighting & Earthing System.
- Maintenance of up to 1250 KVA DG Set (Make
- Jakson & Cutterpillar) Fault rectification of Mini load shedding PLC system (Make
- Automake).
- Maintenance of HT/LT motor and HT/LT switchgears. Maintenance & Fault rectification of EOT Cranes.
- Maintenance of ESP Rapper & field transformer rectifier type (make
- Hind rectifier, precicon).
- Maintenance of soot blower panel at WHRB boiler.
- Allocating and supervising the jobs as per PM schedules/ check sheets and schedule of routine checking & Condition monitoring.
- Shutdown job list preparation and prepare equipment Responsible for carrying out breakdown maintenance and do fast trouble shooting.
- Implementing of TPM, 5S, IMS practices in his Unit-area and maintain proper documentation.
- Planning of shutdown activity, man power, need to spare.
- Knowledge MS Office, excel and power point Tools

- B.tech Electrical
