- **DRI Process Shift incharge Experience 10 year in 100/350 TPD**:

- Production Cost Control.
- Maintain Quality and Quantity of Production.
- Ensure shutdown maintenance properly as per schedule.
- Long Kiln campaign Life.
- Raw material handling.
- Pollution controlling in the plant.
- Utilization of manpower accurately.
- Modification of process parameters.
- Pellets using in DRI.
- Low Quality and high quality raw material using.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers.
- Safety of man and machinery.
- Modification of mechanical & electrical wise to run the easy operation.
- Developing team work.
- Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.
- Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
- Handling skilled manpower and administration.
- Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency.
- Management Information system and disciplinary action. B.E./B.Tech(mechanical)
- Qualified Metallurgy Engineer with over 12 years of experience in overall
- management of rotary kiln as an Shift Incharge - Production with hands on experience in production planning,
- planned & predictive maintenance practices ensuring maximum operational availability with expertise in ensuring adherence to Safety, Environment and Health standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
