i. Implementation of kaizen.

ii. Compliance of safety audits

iii. Modification jobs

iv. Spare availability of the specified area.

**Critical Tasks**

**KRA’s and Key Activities**:
**1.** **Log book reading/writing and taking/giving follow up if any backlogs from previous/next shift.**

**2.** **Critical route inspection on site of entire plant and trend observation from CONTROL ROOM.**

**3.** **Shift wise routine checklist filling, almost 50+ motors current checking, cleaning and abnormalities observation record and rectification.**

**4.** **Main ID FAN monitoring and hourly checklist filling.**

**5.** **Shift wise all power transformers (10 no’s) parameters checking and recording in checklist.**

**6.** **Providing utility supplies to concerned department.**

**7.** **Fulfilling Equipment isolation, de-isolation and job permit as per maintenance and operation requirement**

**8.** **Weigh feeder drop test and correction as per schedule.**

**9.** **Monitoring of 33kv voltage regulation by tap changing operation as per condition.**

**10.** **Doing corrective and preventive actions for shift equipment abnormalities and breakdowns.**

**11.** **To take initiatives & actions for modifications and improvement jobs.**

**12.** **Assisting Area In-charge for preparing failure root cause analysis, findings and implementing action plan as suggested.**

**13.** **Providing daily support to operation for reversible hammer crusher breaker.**

**14.** **Assisting planning executive for availability of spares in their specified area.**

**15.** **Taking initiatives for KAIZEN jobs and report submission to Area In-charge.**

**16.** **Maintaining power consumption report and delivering to sinter operation and RMHS.**

**17.** **Support to mechanical and operation for joint inspection and troubleshooting.**

**18.** **Rectifying operational problems, if any.**

**19.** **Giving technical and safety PEP talk to shift workmen.**

**20.** **The safety of personnel on site by following company safety rules & regulations**

**21.** **To maintain E&I Manuals and arrange binding of respective annual maintenance log-sheets.**

**22.** **Visiting specified area for safety observation and filling in the MySetu safety portal.**

**23.** **DCS healthiness checks (alarm and event) from operating station.**

**24.** **Maintaining checklist for DCS Panels and instrumentation.
