**Job description**

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representative. You will be trained as a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and acquiring new customers in a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services to meet those needs. Your earnings will be directly tied to your sales performance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
- Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
- Going into the market to do the field sales.
- Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
- Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
- Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
- Reporting to management about sales made.
- Travel on daily basis in the market for sales.
- Updating records of customer communications and contact information.

**Must-Have Skill** **Set**
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of strong experience in Field sales.
- Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work with features like QR codes, website, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to identify and follow up on leads by going into the market.
- Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
- Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.

Our Product is ready, exists in the market, and works wonderfully. We believe there is a market out there for our product and we would like to tap into that.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel: 75% (required)
