Position : Tele calling Executive / Office Admin

- Salary : Rs. 10000 to Rs. Rs. 20000
- Notice Period : Immediate / 15 Days Notice Period.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**1. Lead Generation and Conversion**
- **Lead Generation**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities, Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, follow-ups, and referrals.
- **Lead Generation**: Convert prospects into customers by effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing objections.
2. **Target Orientated**
- **Achieve Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- **Revenue Contribution**: Contribute to the company's revenue by closing sales deals and upselling or cross-selling additional services.
3. **Relationship Management**
- **Client Interaction**: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high level customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
4. **Quality calls and Metrics**
- **Follow up**:Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and to pursue potential sales opportunities.Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed.
- **Quality of Calls**: Maintain high standards call quality, including adherence to scripts, effective communication, and professionalism.
- **Metrics Efficiency**: Monitor and optimize call metrics such as call duration, number of calls made, and successful call-to-sale ratio.
5. **Managing Data**
- **Keeping Accurate Data’s**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- **Data Reporting**: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, lead status, and customer feedback.
6. **Service Knowledge**
- **Understand Service**: Have a thorough understanding of the company’s services to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with any information or changes to existing offerings.
7. **Team Interaction**
- **Interaction**: Work closely with other team members and departments to share information, address challenges, and improve processes.
- **Feedbacks**: Provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and contribute to collective goals.
8. **Customer Feedback and Development**
- **Collect Feedback**: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve services, and processes.
- **Implement Improvements**: Actively participate in initiatives to enhance telecalling strategies and customer service.
9. **Self Improvement**
- **Skills Enhancement**: Continuously improve personal skills in communication, negotiation, and sales techniques.
- **Training Participation**: Engage in training programs and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Experience with minimum 2 years and above
- Experience background
- Telesales/Telemarketing any products related sector preferred
- Profiles from Insurance/Credit cards/Loans/Banking related Telemarketing may also apply
- Language-Tamil & English Fluency must
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
