Job Title: Telecalling Executive

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our sales and customer service efforts by connecting with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to individuals and businesses, promote our products/services, and generate leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and provide information about our products/services.
- Follow a scripted pitch to engage potential customers and generate interest in our offerings.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries or concerns.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Document all customer interactions and update the CRM database with relevant information.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services to existing customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and provide support in closing deals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide accurate information to customers.

- Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
