**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services and address customer queries.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone during calls.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM systems (preferred).
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language] as per job requirement.
