We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Sales & Marketing Incharge** to lead client acquisition, develop marketing strategies, and drive revenue growth for our **Business Setup & Corporate Services division**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the complete **sales cycle** for business setup services (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore).
- Develop and execute effective **marketing strategies** to generate qualified leads across UAE and GCC markets.
- Handle client consultations, propose optimal company structures, and present tailored service packages.
- Drive **lead generation campaigns** (digital & offline) and manage CRM systems for tracking.
- Achieve and exceed **monthly and quarterly sales targets**.
- Build strong relationships with clients, freezone authorities, and government departments.
- Collaborate with the PRO team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients post-sale.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media presence, SEO, and online advertising initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10+ years experience** in **Sales & Marketing** within the **Business Setup / Corporate Services** industry in UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE company formation processes (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Experience in **digital marketing**, lead generation strategies, and CRM management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
- UAE market knowledge, especially in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
