**Role Purpose**:
The Area Service Incharge Bangalore for **Orient Electric** will be responsible for overseeing the company's service operations within the Bangalore region, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the service operations in Bangalore, ensuring superior service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify potential business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Training and managing the service team to deliver superior customer service.
- Performing regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in service management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment/Location**:
This is a full-time role based in Bangalore. The Area Service Incharge will be required to work on-site and occasionally travel within the region.
