Tele sales executive is responsible for generating sales, revenue and customer relationship over the phone or through other remote communication channels. Engage with potential customers, build relationships, and persuade them to purchase products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
Contact potential customers via telephone or other communication channels to promote and sell products or services.
Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs and preferences.
Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and following up with leads.
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Provide product information and answer any queries or objections raised by customers.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role, preferably in a target-driven environment.
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
Tele Sales Experience in UAE market will be an added advantage
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively handle objections.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Proficient in using CRM software or sales tools to manage customer data and track sales activities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
High level of professionalism and integrity
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
