**Job details**:

- Education: +2, Diploma, Bachelors preferred
- Job location: IT Park Chandigarh
- Package**:25-30k CTC (Depends on your skills and Interview)**:

- Full-time, Work from Office, Rotational UK Shifts, No Cabs in UK Shifts
- Time Bracket of UK Process (Anytime within the time bracket of 10:30 pm to 2:30 am in which shift will be 9 hours which includes 45 minutes of break)
- UK Shift timings will be like; 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm, 01:30 pm to 10:30 pm, 02:30 pm to 11:30 pm, 03:30 pm to 12:30 am, 04:30 pm to 01:30 am, 05:30 pm to 2:30 am
- Only UK Bank Holidays, no Indian Holidays
- 6 Days working during probation
- 5.5 days working after probation
- No holidays during probation (3 months)

**Mandatory skills**:

- Ability to communicate in fluent (written and verbally) English
- Demonstrate accurate numerical and Analytical Skills
- Tech Savvy and proficient in the use of computers.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- To promptly answer incoming and make outgoing calls in an enthusiastic, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Adhering to internal and external policies/ procedures to ensure the delivery process is executed smoothly.
- Maintain the system with current information to ensure orders are updated with all communications.
- Ensure requests to supply information to internal and external contacts are completed within the required deadlines.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure procedures are followed and goods are dispatched.
- Manage own work schedule to ensure assigned duties/ tasks are completed with minimum supervision.
- Identify the customer's requirements and respond to them.
- Complete additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
