**Quest Solutions Inc. dba** Quest is urgently looking for a Customer Service representative for a Work From Home position. The incumbent must be a graduate with good communication skills and experienced in US calling for 6 months to 1 year.

Position**:Customer Service representative**

Experienced required**:6 months to 1 year**
- Initiate outbound cold calls to key contacts within US government agencies to explore potential contracting opportunities.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the company's capabilities, services, and value proposition.
- Stay informed about US government contracting trends, regulations, and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes to the sales and business development team.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of US government contracting initiatives.

**Desired skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and gather relevant information.
- Must have experience in US Calling.

**Remuneration : Salary ranges are absolutely negotiable and will be the best in the industry.**

**Shift Time : 05:00 PM 2:00 AM IST (WORK FROM HOME).**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
