As a Maintenance Executive, you will oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. You will implement maintenance strategies, supervise team members, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address issues
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work
- Manage budget and allocate resources effectively
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills

**Skills**:

- Project management
- Technical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Health and safety regulations
- Vendor management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
