- Serves as customer facing technical resource and works in collaboration with engineers and other senior staff as needed.
- Identifying problems of the system and able to providing advice on operational issue.
- To ensure the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant performance in accordance with the project programmed.
- Collects detailed information, performs thorough analysis and relies on experience and judgment to determine the most effective method of resolution.
- Logs all support desk interactions documents related with plant performance to the client.
- Escalates problems to other departments as needed.
- Prepares activity reports on support activities.
- Creates formal documentation including configuration documentation, test documentation, and support documentation.
- To schedule and supervise operational review with operational team.
- Perform other administrative or engineering duties as assigned.
- Able to adjust working hours as per site requirements and job assigned.
