Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional with expertise in payroll processing and compliance management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while adhering to statutory and organizational policies, supporting employee queries, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management:

  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.

  • Ensure salary disbursement, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory contributions are handled appropriately.

  • Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for salary payments and audits.

  • Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.), and internal policies.

  • Maintain and update employee records and payroll documents as per regulations.

  • Support audits and reporting requirements.

  • Employee Support:

  • Address payroll-related queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist employees with salary statements, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related matters.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

  • Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review.

  • Maintain compliance reports and assist in audits.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored securely.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and compliance.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and statutory regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
