About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant / Executive to support our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, event coordination, employee onboarding activities, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage HR events and celebrations.
  • Handle calling activities for employee communication and HR followups.
  • Support in onboarding, orientation, and welcome calls for new joiners.
  • Draft and send welcome emails and other HR communications.
  • Maintain and update HR data, trackers, and reports regularly.
  • Assist in calendar management, meeting scheduling, and reminders.
  • Share meeting updates and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
