About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant / Executive to support our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, event coordination, employee onboarding activities, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage HR events and celebrations.
- Handle calling activities for employee communication and HR followups.
- Support in onboarding, orientation, and welcome calls for new joiners.
- Draft and send welcome emails and other HR communications.
- Maintain and update HR data, trackers, and reports regularly.
- Assist in calendar management, meeting scheduling, and reminders.
- Share meeting updates and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
- Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
