HR Executive – Qualification Requirements (Real Estate Consultancy Startup) 1. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , Psychology , or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory. 2. Experience 1–3 years experience in HR generalist , recruitment , or operations roles. Experience in real estate , hospitality , sales-heavy environments , or startups is a strong plus. Fresher with strong communication and people-handling skills can also be considered (if budget is lower). 3. Key Skills Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment . Good knowledge of HR operations : onboarding, documentation, payroll basics, attendance, leaves. Excellent communication , negotiation , and people handling skills. Ability to manage multiple roles —since it’s a startup. Proficiency in Excel , Google Sheets , HRMS tools , and basic MIS reporting. Understanding of real estate roles (sales, telecalling, CRM) is a plus. 4. Responsibilities Manage recruitment for sales & operations roles. Conduct interviews , shortlist candidates, coordinate with department heads. Handle onboarding , offer letters, HR documentation. Maintain attendance , leaves , and basic payroll support . Build and implement HR policies as the company grows. Manage employee engagement , culture building, and grievance handling. Assist with performance tracking and incentives. Support founder in scaling HR processes.
