*Role Summary:*

As an Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day logistics and operations of our fleet management system. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment and an opportunity to contribute directly to our growth and success.

*Key Responsibilities*

~ Assist in daily fleet operations, including vehicle tracking, scheduling, and maintenance coordination.

~Monitor fleet performance metrics and generate regular reports.

~Support the onboarding and training of drivers and ensure compliance with company policies.

~Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to resolve operational challenges.

~Ensure timely data entry and maintenance of operational records.

~Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for operational workflows.

~Conduct on-ground surveys and inspections to ensure operational standards.

*Requirements*

~Currently pursuing or recently completed her degree

~Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

~Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic data management tools.

~Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

~Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

~Familiarity with fleet management systems (preferred but not mandatory).
