About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our daily operational activities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of documentation, data management, and proficiency in MS Office tools. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core business operations and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating operational data and records on Excel sheets.
  • Support in preparing and managing basic documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Organize and maintain files, databases, and records accurately.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as required.
  • Provide support in process tracking and performance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
