Tetra Operator

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes.
- Adhere to quality control standards to ensure product consistency.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as required.
