They will work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR business partners to build and execute campus hiring strategies, participate in career fairs and university events, conduct interviews, and coordinate the offer process.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with campus recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with universities, professors, and campus organizations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools
- MBA in HR is preferred
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internally within the company to understand the needs of the business and externally with universities and other organizations based on your hiring strategy.
- Develop and drive detailed project plans for critical programs and projects relating to the new grad program.
- Work closely with the global Early Talent Team to ensure a cohesive program experience but also working to tailor the program to suit the needs of the local business and market.
- Manage communications to internal program stakeholders and to the program participants.
- Think creatively on how to improve the program over time to help graduates grow and retain them at the company.

Location : Jaipur

Exp. : 1-2 years

Salary : Upto 2.5L + Incentive

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
