Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and future staffing needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for all hospital roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal references.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and hospital standards.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and selection processes with respective departments.
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and recruitment analytics.
  • Organize and participate in campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH).
  • Build relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Prepare recruitment status reports and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 38 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setup.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital manpower structures (Doctors, Nursing, Paramedical, Technical & Administrative staff).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment within strict timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
