Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar and staff-level positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, field recruitment, and strong coordination skills with operations and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Manage blue-collar and field-level hiring (drivers, helpers, supervisors, operators, etc.).
  • Coordinate walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and local hiring campaigns.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and references.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
  • Ensure timely joining and documentation of selected candidates.
  • Maintain communication and engagement with candidates till onboarding.
  • Support HR team in attendance, joining formalities, and other HR operations when needed.
  • Prepare daily and weekly hiring reports and share with management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in recruitment (preferably blue-collar or bulk hiring).

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring.
  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment drives if required.
