Salary range: up to 35 ctc monthly

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the manufacturing sector within Uttar Pradesh.**
**- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.**
**- Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze market trends to identify potential clients.**

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.**
**- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.**
**- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.**

**3. Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.**
**- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.**
**- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.**

**4. Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.**
**- Track and manage sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.**

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.**
**- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.**
- Doing sales visit, taking orders, monitoring the supply management and help in secondary sales. Maintaining right stock position of goods at dealer point.
- Solving the technical problems. Generating the orders accordingly, knowledge about LED and lights.
- Reporting on daily basis and submission of monthly working and records in a right and systematic way as per company standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.**
**- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry.**
**- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.**
**- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**
**- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.**
**- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.**
**- Ability to travel extensively within the Uttar Pradesh region.**
