Key Responsibilities: Documentation Executive
- Checking & filing Checklist for Air & Sea(FCL & LCL)
- Doing ESANCHIT work
- Ad code registration for sea & Air
- Placing booking with shipping line,Novcc, Airline, IATA Agent
- Coordinate with customer for shipping instructions and loading details.
- Submit shipping instruction to shipping line and get a BL draft.
- Handling MBL draft as per agent requirement.
- Handling HBL draft as per customer requirement.
- Provide shipment status notification to exporters, consignees, or insurers.
- Total backup from submitting shipping instruction until release the BLs.
- Follow up with shipping line related BLs issues and invoicing.
- Make Export Invoice & Packing List ,PO, PI.
- Daily maintaining follow up sheet
- Tracking of shipment till the container is loaded on the vessel
- Arranging the smooth release of BL
- Sending Pre alerts to Agent & Customers with related to shipments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Benefits: 2nd & 4th Saturday off
Education: Graduate (preferred)
Experience: Total work: 2 to 5 year (preferred)

**Age above 30 + to 35**

**Staying in Western line or Metro Lines**

**Immediate Joining**

**Highly proficient in the English language (Written and Verbal communications)**

**Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
