Position: Export (Freight Forwarding) Documentation

Location: Fort, CSMT

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Submitting Shipping Instruction on carrier website ( Line = MSC, MEARSK, HAPAG, ONELINE, COSCO, KMTC, HYUNDAI, EVERGREEN, CMA)
- Following up for first print /invoices from carrier.
- Releasing final bill of ladings with carriers.
- Procedure to surrender bill of ladings.
- Certificates required by customer from carrier (Eg vessel certificate etc)
- Using ODEX system
- Preparing billing for customers and payments follow up with carriers.
- **Should have the knowledge of preparing & filing of complete exports, preparing E- AWB, MBL, HBL, Submission of SI / VGM- TR Handover on Odex, MIS Reports etc.**

**Salary**:as per market standards/negotiable

**Joining**: Immediate / 15 days

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Checklist preparation: 3 years (preferred)
- Releasing final BOL: 3 years (preferred)
- Using ODEX system: 3 years (preferred)
- E-Sanchit: 3 years (preferred)
