**What we ask for**:

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate as necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Perform system upgrades and updates as needed.
- Assist with the procurement of IT equipment and software.
- Document and maintain IT inventory and assets.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
