We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in providing technical support to our customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through the functionalities of our SaaS platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert-level customer support for our SaaS platform, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring clients are set up for success on the platform.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to report bugs and feature requests.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate customers about product features.
- Lead the support team in providing exceptional customer service and managing escalations.
- Monitor system health and alert customers of any service disruptions or updates.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in customer support for a software/SaaS platform.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online business setups, or digital marketing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle escalated issues.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
