**About the Role**:
We are hiring A Compliance tool Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in the

implementation and ongoing management of the Lawrbit Global Compliance Network. This

role will effectively coordinate with various departments within the company and the Lawrbit

support team. This individual will ensure accurate and timely data entry, document upload,

and reporting within the system.

**Responsibilities**:

- System Understanding & Coordination: Gain a thorough understanding of the

Lawrbit Global Compliance Network system and its functionalities. Collaborate with

respective department heads to ensure accurate compliance data entry and document

uploads.
- Data Entry & Management: Timely uploading of all the data. Maintain meticulous

records of all data and supporting documents (challans, receipts, etc.) to be uploaded

into the Lawrbit system. Confirm data accuracy with department heads before

uploading.
- Lawrbit Team Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the company with

the Lawrbit support team, promptly reporting any system issues or challenges.
- Compliance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly follow up with various Departmental

Heads to collect compliance proof and upload this data into the Compliance tool in a

timely manner.
- Proactive Management: Proactively identify and address potential compliance

issues. Implement corrective actions as needed, in consultation with the appropriate

department heads.
- Reporting & Presentation: Download and prepare compliance reports,

presentations, and dashboards for department heads as needed on a monthly,

quarterly, annual, or ad-hoc basis.
- Confidentiality and Data Integrity: Ensure complete confidentiality of all the data

received by him in this role and the accuracy and completeness of all uploaded data

and documentation.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduate / post graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
