**The Work You’ll Do**

We are looking for an experienced **Financial Controller** to lead our financial operations in India. This is a career-defining opportunity for a **Chartered Accountant (CA)** who wants to build, scale, and transform a finance function while working closely with international teams. Why this role?

More specifically, you will:
**Financial Reporting & Compliance**
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in line with Indian GAAP
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax requirements
- Partner with external auditors and tax consultants

**Transformation & Systems**
- Lead the finance integration into our global Netsuite ERP platform
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives

**Financial Planning & Analysis**
- Collaborate with global FP&A teams on budgets and forecasts
- Deliver insights through variance analysis and business case modelling

**Internal Controls & Risk Management**
- Build robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Establish approval workflows and compliance systems

**Cash Flow & Treasury**
- Manage daily cash positions, working capital, and vendor relationships
- Lead banking coordination and cash flow forecasting

**Leadership**
- Lead and mentor a small but growing finance team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations

**What We Need From You**:

- **Chartered Accountant (CA)** with 5-8 years’ progressive finance and accounting experience
- Strong background in statutory compliance, Indian taxation laws, and audits
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
- Previous experience in multinational / US group companies is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language
- Leadership mindset with proven team management skills

**Preferred (Nice to Have)**:

- Exposure to IFRS and international reporting
- Experience in ERP implementation or finance transformation projects
- Additional global finance certifications (CPA, CMA, etc.)
