**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental laws, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct field audits and inspections to identify safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver hands-on safety, health, and environmental training to all employees.
- Assist in creating and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring they are up-to-date and align with current regulations.
- Provide safety leadership on-site, ensuring proper risk assessments and safety planning are conducted.
- Track and report on safety performance, including incident rates, near misses, and safety audit results.
- Lead emergency response drills and provide leadership during incidents.
- Collaborate with management to create a safety-focused culture and support safety initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Advise field teams on safe practices and provide guidance on hazard identification and mitigation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Advanced safety certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Must have knowledge or training in the following: occupational health, safety and environmental compliance with applicable industry, government and/or international standards.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge or delivering hands on health, safety and environment training. Must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs.

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
