About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Safety Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance, documentation, and implementation at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed safely and in full compliance with statutory and client-specific safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor all safety, health, and environmental protocols at site as per company and client requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update all EHS documentation—including HIRA, Risk Assessments, Work Permits, Training Records, and Incident Reports etc.
  • Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure safe working practices across all trades.
  • Ensure all workers and subcontractors follow PPE usage, safety signage, and housekeeping standards.
  • Coordinate with project and client teams during EHS audits, vendor evaluations, and inspections.
  • Conduct regular for workers and site supervisors..

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Safety Management / Industrial Safety / Environment Engineering or related field.

  • 1–4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction/interior fit-out projects.
  • Familiarity with EHS standards (Siemens / Sodexo or similar corporate safety frameworks preferred).
  • Knowledge of local statutory compliance.
  • Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital documentation.
