**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Reception & Seating**
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Manage seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest comfort.
- Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth guest flow.

**2. Reservation Management**
- Handle phone and online reservations efficiently.
- Maintain an accurate waitlist and inform guests of estimated wait times.
- Communicate special requests (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) to the staff.

**3. Customer Service & Experience**
- Provide guests with information about menu offerings, promotions, and special events.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns with professionalism.
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience by checking on guests periodically.

**4. Coordination & Communication**
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Assist with restaurant promotions and marketing efforts when required.

**5. Compliance & Standards**
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service and hospitality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality training is a plus).
- Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in reservation management software (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
