**Job Title: Hostess**

**Location**: Goregaon & BKC

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month plus service charge, tips and food

**Duty Hours**: 10 hours per day

**Shift Type**: Straight Shift

**Shift Timings**: Day Shift

**Weekly Off**: 1 weekly off as per standard

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Hostess to join our team at our restaurant locations in Goregaon and BKC. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience upon arrival. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, escorting guests to their tables, and ensuring smooth communication between the front-of-house and kitchen staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
- Manage reservations and guest seating arrangements
- Escort guests to their designated tables
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting area
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries
- Assist with guest requests and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
