Job Description

We are currently hiring a Compliance Tool Coordinator to assist with the implementation and ongoing management of the Lawrbit Global Compliance Network. The role requires effective coordination with internal departments and the Lawrbit support team to ensure accurate and timely data entry, document uploads, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities:

- System Understanding & Coordination:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Lawrbit Global Compliance Network system and its functionalities. Coordinate with department heads to ensure accurate compliance data entry and document uploads.
- Data Entry & Management:
- Upload all compliance data and supporting documents (challans, receipts, etc.) into the system in a timely manner. Ensure data accuracy by confirming with department heads prior to uploading.
- Lawrbit Team Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the company with the Lawrbit support team, addressing any system-related issues or challenges promptly.
- Compliance Tracking & Reporting:
- Regularly follow up with department heads to collect compliance proof and upload the data into the compliance tool efficiently.
- Proactive Management:
- Identify potential compliance issues proactively and implement corrective actions in consultation with the appropriate department heads.
- Reporting & Presentation:
- Prepare and present compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations on a monthly, quarterly, annual, or ad-hoc basis as required by department heads.
- Confidentiality and Data Integrity:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all data received. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all uploaded data and documentation.
- Adherence to Policies:
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

Skills Required:

- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with compliance tools or software is a plus (training on Lawrbit will be provided).
