- Well experience to Handle Supply Chain Operations & Logistics.
- Daily basis, Preparation & Reconciliation of Inventory Report.
- Preparation of Sales Contracts, PI, Sales Invoice, E-Waybills, and sales related documentations.
- Process Sales Orders in system for sales.
- Process of Purchase Orders for Local Purchase.
- Maintain record of open orders.
- Co-ordination with Sales Team, Customers, Transporters & Warehouse Team.
- Freight Negotiation & Arrangement of Transport.
- Well knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Waybill & GST.
- Develop new vendors to maintain cost efficiency.
- Provide Open Order updates to Sales Team and keep track on the same.
- MIS Reports - Inventory, Outbound, Handling.
- Submit vendor bills for payment (Transport Warehouse, Handling.)
- Co-ordination with respective teams to collect updates on pending orders & submission of vendor invoices.
- Verify vendor bills with their agreed rates / quotations & actual uses of service to process payments.
- Co-ordination with concern team for vendor payments & discrepancies in vendors invoices.
- Submit Daily Reports to Sales Team & Operations Manager.
