
Front Office Associate

The Front Office Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role ensures smooth front desk operations and contributes to a positive guest experience by handling inquiries, reservations, and administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system (PMS)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Process payments and issue invoices or receipts as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
- Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and security protocols
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computers and reservation systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar PMS)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
