**Base Location - Ahmedabad;Travel - Mandatory to Surat but not limited**

**Responsibilities**:

- To be able to effectively manage a set of Field FOS, third-party collection agencies.
- Tracking FOS daily. Identifying low performers and improving their performance.
- Willing/open to field visits ( both local and outstation) for maximum days of the month, with proper audit trails of visits done.
- Quality of data/trails to be top-notch both for himself and his team.
- Effective vendor management, invoice payments, invoice audits, and validating invoices.

**Competencies**:

- Driving resolution/money collection on the field
- To be able to effectively manage a set of Field FOS, third-party collection agencies.
- Tracking FOS daily. Identifying low performers and improving their performance.
- Creating/tracking daily route plans. Checking whether FOS is doing fake visits, is not trying to follow the system
- Willing/open to field visits ( both local and outstation) for maximum days of the month, with proper audit trails of visits done.
- Quality of data/trials to be top-notch both for himself and his team.
- Effective vendor management, invoice payments, invoice audits, and validating invoices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
