**Job Title**: Insurance Collection Process Manager (Healthcare Insurance)

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Job Type**: Full-time (On-site)
**Experience**: 1 - 5 Years
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end insurance collections process.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Review and analyze insurance denials and work on resolution strategies.
- Ensure accurate billing and timely submission of claims to insurance providers.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as billing and patient accounts for accurate documentation.
- Maintain and update records of insurance payments, denials, and adjustments.
- Prepare and present collection reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 5 years of experience in healthcare insurance collections or revenue cycle management.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing and insurance claim processing.
- Familiarity with claim denial codes and insurance guidelines.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and billing software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
