**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Field Data Collection**:

- Conduct field visits to gather data from students and educational institutions.
- Utilize surveys, questionnaires, and interviews to collect relevant information.

2. **Vehicle Requirement**:

- Use a personal vehicle for transportation to various locations as required.
- Ensure that the vehicle is maintained in good condition for fieldwork.

3. **Petrol Allowance**:

- Receive a petrol allowance provided by the company to cover travel expenses incurred during data collection.

4. **Data Management**:

- Accurately record and organize collected data in designated formats.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

5. **Marketing Activities**:

- Participate in marketing activities to promote the consultancy’s services while collecting data.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies based on collected data insights.

6. **Flexible Work Hours**:

- Maintain flexibility in work hours to accommodate various data collection needs, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

7. **Reporting**:

- Compile and submit regular reports on data collection progress and findings.
- Provide feedback to management on data trends and student insights.

8. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing and consultancy teams to align data collection efforts with overall business goals.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving data collection processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply; previous experience in data collection or market research is preferred but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with students and stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with data collection tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, survey tools).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
