- Any Graduate with 7+ Years of experience in dealing with narcotics with locals from Pharmaceutical industries

**Job Role**:

- State Excise for Plant
- Keeping the Documentary evidence ready form the viewpoint of Vigilance Department as well as State Excise departments.
- Routing Checking of License issued by the Different Local/ out of State Narcotics Parties
- Daily Entries of Sales of Narcotics in the separate Excel Sheets so that at the end of month/ quarter all data will be ready
- Checking of RSII items issued i.e. Rectified Spirits/ Absolute Alcohol and Register of Acetic
- Meeting with Director/ Dy. Director/ Asst Director Superintendent and Inspection State Excise Office Gandhinagar Ahmedabad/Dholka / Mehsana
- Arrangement and Procurement for Raw Materials i.e. Fentanyl, Pethidine HCL, Morphine, from respective Supplier designated from Narcotics Department, Procurement of Spirit, and Alcohol from respective suppliers
- Procurement of Rectified Spirit / Absolute Alcohol its Procedure for Virochannagar / Thol plant
- Arrangement and Procurement for Raw Materials i.e. Fentanyl, Pethidine HCL, Morphine, from respective Supplier designated from Narcotics Department,
- Month Requirement of Fund for Challan follow up with Account Department/ HR Department at H.O. and Production department for product to be manufactured and PPMC for monthly planning
- Application for addition of Product to State Excise Ahmedabad office as well Mehsana office Product Addition for Virochannagar as well as Thol Plant and Co Ordination with State Excise Inspector, Superintendent of State Excise Ahmedabad/ Mehsana and Dy. Director / Director of Prohibition Excise Gandhinagar/ Ahmedabad / Dholka/ Mehsana
- Application for Addition of Quota increased for different Narcotics raw materials/ New Product at State Excise Ahmedabad as well Mehsana Office
- Timely submission Monthly / Quarterly data as well as Quarterly return of Psychotropic substance and Control substance
- Daily entries in the Register for Narcotics as well as psychotropic substances as per CBN Norms.
- Verification of Monthly submission Data to state excise as well as H.O
- Coordinate with SCM / Export Team in respect of Narcotics Local sales/Out of State Sale and Export and verification of Export Authorization as well as Import Permit and checking with its documents with Import permit/ DD5 / Export Authorization
- Daily monitoring form No 3C updating and maintaining register as per END Rules and daily / weekly follow up with SCM department for timely submission of Form 3C duly signed and stamped and reporting any discrepancy to Narcotic Team
- Preparation of quarterly Narcotics Returns and submission -Form C to CBN, Gwalior.
- Submission of Distribution report to Food and Drug Authorities at Mehsana and cross telling with Changodar reports and any deviation should be communicate to changodar /Narcotic team
- Initiating Procedure for Destruction of Narcotics Product and Psychotropic product at Thol Plant as well as Virochannagar plant. As well as Narcotics team intimation to FDA and its follow up
- Keeping and maintaining latest update and make aware the policy and Procedure, and its Rules and Act
- Preparation of form 6 to be sent along with Psychotropics substance to Dun/ at Daman and follow up with SSPL for quarterly return date
- Submission and follow up with Food Department at Mehsana in respect of Addition of New Food Products as per our regulatory affairs and its format
- Courtesy meeting with Collector, Mamlatdar as well as Narcotics commissioner at Mehsana / Kadi /Ahmedabad as per Instruction of Directors /Executive Director
- Providing the information in respect of NDPS Raw Material as well as finished good stock to the Director for onward submission to food and drugs Administration at Gandhinagar as per government norms
