Job Title - AM/DM - Accounts and Finance (*urgent*)

**Must have experience in Ind AS And IGAAP**

Please find below a brief KRA for AM/DM - Accounts & Finance role.

1. **Financial reporting**: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and notes to accounts.

2. **IMP** Ind AS Implementation**: Drive the implementation and adoption of Ind AS within the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

3. **Monthly MIS and other reporting**: Preparation of monthly MIS including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key financial ratios. Identify areas of improvement and suggest corrective actions.

4. **Audit and Compliance**: Coordinate and manage the annual financial audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit deliverables. Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards.

5. **Cash Flow Management**: Oversee cash flow planning and forecasting, ensuring optimal utilization of funds, and managing liquidity. Implement effective cash management procedures and monitor cash flows to meet financial obligations.

6. **Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting**:Ensure the completeness of the day-to-day accounting and other ancillary work i.e. purchase, payment, income, receipt, bank reconciliation, vendor and customer reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, fixed assets accounting, cash receipt and payment, etc.

7. **Statutory compliance**:Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory laws including accounting, payment, return filing, audit, etc.

8. **Carry out any other work as when assigned.**

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
