Job Title: Payment Collection Officer

Reports to: Accounts/Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and communicative Payment Collection Officer to manage and collect payments from clients, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and process client payments.

2. Follow up with clients on overdue payments.

3. Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions.

4. Generate payment reports using Tally and Excel.

6. Resolve payment discrepancies and issues.

7. Meet collection targets and goals.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluent in English and Hindi.

2. Confident and polite communication skills.

3. Proficient in Tally and Excel.

4. Basic accounting knowledge.

5. Ability to work under pressure.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience in accounts receivable or collections.

2. Familiarity with accounting software.

3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Skills**:1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Organizational and time management skills.

3. Attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

**Education**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

**Experience**:
3 years of experience in payment collection or accounts receivable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
