**Profile Introduction**:
The Pre-Sales / Admin role in Real Estate involves a combination of sales support and administrative responsibilities to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of real estate operations. The professional in this role acts as a bridge between the sales team and administrative functions, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide preliminary information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage documentation related to property transactions.
- Coordinate property listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information on available properties and guide clients through the initial stages of the sales process.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update databases of property listings and client information.
- Generate reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events or open houses.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
