**Position Overview**

The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, engaging potential customers, providing project information, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The role ensures high-quality lead qualification, maintains customer relationships, and acts as the first point of contact for clients exploring real estate projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Lead Management & Qualification**
- Make outbound calls to generated leads and explain project details.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, intent, and buying timeline.
- Ensure timely follow-up and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM accurately.

**2. Customer Interaction & Assistance**
- Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable projects.
- Provide detailed information on pricing, amenities, specifications, and builder credentials.
- Address customer queries professionally and assist them throughout the decision cycle.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for seamless handover.

**3. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams**
- Share qualified leads with sales teams and ensure smooth transition.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, marketing campaigns, and customer expectations.
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead-generation strategies and communication.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain detailed call logs, inquiry reports, and conversion records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and conversions.
- Track performance metrics such as call volume, follow-ups, and appointment conversions.

**5. Customer Experience**
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions that reflect the brand’s professionalism.
- Support customers during pre-site visit and post-site visit processes.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with potential buyers.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related preferred).
- 1-4 years of pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer engagement experience.
- Experience in real estate pre-sales preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain complex project details clearly.
- Good command of CRM tools, MS Office, and phone etiquette.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
