Experience:

- Total Experience : 1 Year to 2 Years of experience in admin / sales
- Minimum Experience : 6 Months of experience with admin / sales with educational and learning sector

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:

- **Office Management**:Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:Manage and organize important documents, contracts, and educational materials.

Ensure accurate record-keeping for easy retrieval and reference.
- **Calendar and Schedule Management**:Coordinate and manage schedules for educational programs, workshops, and events.

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

**Sales and Marketing**:

- **Customer Engagement**:Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, educational institutions, and stakeholders. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about educational offerings.
- **Sales Support**:Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
**Promotional Activities**:Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and assisting in promotional events. Contribute to the development of marketing collateral.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Sales Skills**:

- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of educational products/services.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
