Profile Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic Education & Learning team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential students, parents, and educational partners. Your communication skills and enthusiasm will help us drive enrollment and participation in our educational programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and their parents, promoting our educational programs.
- Provide information about our courses, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Identify and address customer questions or concerns and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and contribute to the growth of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to make outbound calls to prospects.
- A genuine passion for education and learning.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
