**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and students.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist in marketing campaigns.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- **Telecalling Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about our courses and services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Maintain a database of contacts and update it regularly.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential students.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
