**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a well-spoken and customer-oriented **Receptionist & Telecaller** to join our team at the 3M Car Care store. You will be the first point of contact for customers both in-person and over the phone. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, managing appointments, and following up with potential leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with queries related to car detailing services
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and promote services
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring proper time slot management
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service bookings
- Coordinate with the detailing team to ensure timely delivery of services
- Provide basic information about 3M products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Proficient with MS Office and basic computer operations
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
